DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days and for orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria 1 - 6 working days from receipt of payment, or from receipt of the order confirmation for purchases on account.

Delivery exclusively will be made in the country, the pre-selected countries shop version. Shipping to countries beyond the selected country shop version is not possible. The following shop country versions are available and can be chosen:

Shop Germany - Delivery only to Germany, free of shipping costs
Shop Netherlands - Delivery only to the Netherlands, free of shipping costs
Shop Belgium - Delivery only to Belgium, free of shipping costs
Shop Austria - Delivery only to Austria, free of shipping costs

Deliveries are made within Germany and internationally with DHL or a contractual partner of DHL ("parcel delivery company").

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods free of charge to the DESOTO onlineshop. More information on the right of cancellation can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Returns from Germany: You will find a return document and a return label in your package. When returning, please put the label on the outside of the package and hand it in at your DHL branch or packing station. You will receive a receipt from DHL. There are no costs for you.

Returns from abroad: Register your return easily and conveniently using this Returns International link and print out your return label. There are no costs for you.

An automatic exchange is not possible. Please reorder the desired article from the DESOTO onlineshop.

FURTHER INFORMATIONS

Minimum order value: The minimum order value is 20,- €. Orders below the minimum order value cannot be processed.
Repeat orders for individual articles: Please contact our hotline or send us an e-mail for more detailed information on the availability of individual items. 
Automatic partial delivery: If not all products are in stock, DESOTO is entitled to cancel the missing articles and partially deliver the goods that are in stock. Any payments made shall be reimbursed to the customer without delay.
